Caribou Financial Auto Refinance Conversion Redesign

Caribou's refinance flow was built for desktop while testing showed 80% of users were on mobile - heavy with friction, partner-dependent, and losing users before they reached an offer. The redesign stripped the experience to its essentials and introduced pre-fill and phone authentication to remove the biggest drop-off points.

I led the structural re-architecture of Qualcomm's CreatePoint portal - resolving a fundamental mismatch between how content was organized internally and how engineers and procurement teams actually navigated it. Over 16 months, I defined the information model, drove stakeholder alignment, and sequenced phased delivery to maintain architectural continuity despite shifting business priorities.
